This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate requests for roadside assistance services. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website.

Roadside Saviours provides emergency roadside assistance services including, but not limited to: vehicle towing, tire change, fuel delivery, battery jump start, vehicle lockout service, and big truck parking coordination. Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across all 50 United States and all Canadian provinces.

Service availability, response times, and pricing may vary based on location, time of day, weather conditions, and service demand. We make no guarantee of specific response times, though we strive to respond as quickly as possible in all situations.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your location, vehicle, and the nature of your emergency
• Ensure your safety and the safety of others at the roadside before our technician arrives
• Be present at the designated location when our technician arrives
• Pay for services as agreed upon at the time of dispatch
• Treat our technicians with respect and courtesy
• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct in connection with our services

4. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing will be communicated to you at the time of dispatch or service request. Payment is due at the time of service completion. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as communicated by our dispatch team. All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roadside Saviours and SAP Global Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business
• Property damage beyond what is directly caused by our technicians' negligence
• Delays in service due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control
• Personal injury or property damage not directly attributable to our services

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Sheridan, Wyoming. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
